J. J. Morris reports: A fine entry of animals for the multi-breed sale of suckler cows.
Suckler cows (68): £1,320, Limousin, Eynon, Penrallt Fach; £1,300, Limousin, Pearce, Penllwyn Court; £1,090 for a Belgian Blue, Hall, Brynbank.
In-calf cows: (33): £1,010, Limousin, Pearce, Penllwyn Court; £850, Limousin, Eynon, Penrallt Fach; £850, Belgian Blue, Pearce, Penllwyn Court.
Bulling heifer: £850, Limousin, Williams, Penycoed.

J. J. Morris reports: Quality in the store cattle section was very mixed and was also the main factor in the barren cow section. Prime lambs sold well throughout all weight categories, while cull ewe prices were slightly easier than the previous week, but continued to sell well.
