Members of Brawdy YFC have marked the club’s diamond jubilee.
Nearly 170 past and present members, friends and guests attended a gala dinner at Wolfscastle Country Hotel.
Fittingly, this year’s club president is Cerwyn Davies, whose parents — Hywel and Viola Davies — were the first chairman and secretary when the club was established 60 years ago in Trefgarn Owen.
To make the club’s anniversary even more special, the current county chairman William Lawrence and Wales YFC chairman Tim John are both Brawdy members.
The guest speaker was former club member Brian Harries.
