Goodwick United came from behind to ease home at Onllwyn, scoring five goals in the process to reach the last sixteen.
Onllwyn are currently top of Neath division two league and got off to a flyer when their striker John Evans pounced for an early goal.
But the visitors finally settled and replied with goals from Darren Devonald and Stephen Evans to lead 2- 1 at the interval.
In the second half Goodwick dominated proceeding and were rewarded with further goals scored by Niall Kinsella, Lewis Banks and Jonny Horgan to run out comfortable victors.
Goodwick player boss Steve Blackford said: “I’m happy we won and reached the last sixteen. They were a decent team but once we settled we had too much in the locker for them.”
