Senior Cup Final date changed

The date for the Senior Cup Final has now been brought forward to Saturday, April 6th, and will take place at the Bridge Meadow Stadium.

The original date for the final was set for Saturday, April 27th, but Haverfordwest County told the Pembrokeshire Football League that it has to be brought forward so that they can complete maintenance work to their goalmouths.

The Welsh Football Association has informed the the Bluebirds that they have a good chance of holding women’s international football at their ground in August if the necessary work is carried out.

Both Senior Cup semifinals will also take place at the Bridge Meadow in early March.

Pembrokeshire football league secretary Brian Hawkins said: “We are delighted that Haverfordwest County has worked with us to ensure the final will go ahead at the Meadow.”
