Monkton Swifts returned to form with an emphatic five-goal victory over Tenby.
Benno Jones’ team have had a rough patch, but they finally put their ghost to rest with a stirring second half display to secure the points over their close rivals.
The Swifts led one-nil at half-time, thanks to Daniel Scourfield realising home from close range midway through the first period.
Shortly after the break Sam Christopher grabbed an equaliser before Jamie Callan and Scourfield grabbed goals to put the Swifts 3-1 ahead.
Billy Vaughan pulled a goal back against his former teammates, but Matthew Davies added two late goals to earn the Swifts a comfortable three points.
