THE parkland Trefloyne Manor course welcomed 22 Kilgetty Society members, including newcomer John Heyhoe.
With good weather, and the course in excellent condition, expectations of decent scores were anticipated, particularly from Trefloyne members.
Following the thirst-quenchers and excellent chicken curry meal, Steve Jones began the raffle which was won by John Hargrave who claimed the two Swansea City tickets.
The individual winner of the golf was Barry Wood, winning on a better back nine from Martin Davies, both with 31 points.
In third place with 30 points was Graham Longster, again on a better back nine from Peter Hughes.
Twenty and over handicap winner was Gary Hopkins on 29 points, well played Gary, he only plays once a month.
Nearest the pin was Wynne Richards, he calculated the distance to a tee! Longest drive went to John Hargrave, what happened to all the big hitters? The wooden spoon was awarded to Dave Green.
Team prize went to the first group with their 84 points, John James, Gary Hopkins and Roger Woodward.
There were two twos, Wynne Richards and Roger Handcock.
The committee thank everyone for another successful outing; the next venue is Ashburnham on November 13.
