Monkton Swifts 3
MONKTON Swifts scored three unanswered second-half goals and inflicted a first defeat for league leaders Narberth.
After a goalless first period the hosts opened their goal scoring account in the 48th minute. A long range free-kick from the corner of the area beat John Durbridge at his near post.
Seven minutes later and Ben Adams scored from eight yards, the scoring opportunity created by new signing Wayne Brunton's intelligent ball in the box.
Matters got worse when the visitors keeper Durbridge was forced to leave the field injured and he was replaced by outfield player Ade Jones.
Ten minutes from full time and Marcus Blair buried the third, the substitute latching onto a cross in the middle by Lee Brockway, putting the result beyond doubt.
