BOTTOM of the table St Ishmaels slipped to their 15th defeat of the season at the hands of Neyland.

Mike Chandler opened the scoring in the 12th minute for the Nomads, the striker burying his shot from 12 yards.

Tish were reduced to ten-men when Dan Griffiths was issued a straight red card for handling the ball on his own goal-line and it was deemed destroying a goal scoring opportunity. Up stepped Paul Hannon to confidently despatch with the resulting spot kick.

Goalkeeper Jonathan Pawlett scored from at least 40 yards for Tish as his wind assisted direct free kick sailed over opposite number Patrick Hannon.

The visitors extended their lead in the 55th minute when Paul Hannon’s shot rebounded off the post and entered the back of the net off a luckless Tish defender.
