Haverfordwest (110 for 4) beat Saundersfoot (106 all out) by six wickets
ADAM James provided the cutting edge for Haverfordwest as he grabbed six wickets, including a hat-trick, to help Reduce Saundersfoot to 106 all out before Simon Holliday rasped an undefeated 67 to see The Town home before the rains returned.
The Seasiders batting relied almost totally on James Caine as he lashed seven fours and three sixes en route to his top score of 69, which was made before the teams went off for a rain check.
But when play resumed he was dismissed by Adam James, who also removed Neil Powling and Morgan Slade from the next two deliveries to finish on 6 for 34, assisted by the slow stuff of Simon Holliday (3 for 11).
Neil Powling (3 for 25) bowled well for Saundersfoot as James contributed 17 and Holliday finished with 11 boundaries in his 67 not out to help The Town remain in second spot in the league table, whilst keeping the Seasiders firmly pinned at the bottom.
