Neyland 6-1 West Dragons

NEYLAND made light work of bottom of the table West Dragons.

The Nomads led 4-0 at half time and added two further goals in the second half to seal their second win of the season.

Defender Sean Hannon headed home in the 5th and 11th minutes that gave his side a perfect start.

Former Milford Athletic midfielder Leigh Power scored with an easy tap-in for the third in the 20th minute. Ten minutes before the break and Aaron McQuillan ran from halfway before slotting past Andrew Mathias for the fourth.

Ten minutes after the break and Gary Power, brother of Leigh, struck a low shot from 30 yards out for goal number five.

Jordan Thomas pulled a goal back for the visitors in the 65th minute, the striker heading home a Josh Thomas by-line cross.

Ten minutes from full time and Andrew Kemp capitalised on keeper Mathias’ fumble to add the sixth.
