MILFORD Haven Gymnastics club experienced an enjoyable trip to the Netherlands last month.
The club took 18 gymnasts, coaches and parents to an International Gymnastic Acro Competition in Breda.
The Breda Open Acrobatic Cup which featured gymnasts from Germany, Finland, Switzerland, Russia, USA and Holland.
Results
Women’s Groups: Imogen McGillivray, Katy Blockwell and Felicity Warlow finished fourth. Vicky Haworth, Meghan Taylor and Tamzin Cooper finished fifth.
Women’s pair section: fifth were Ashleigh Cooper and Niamh Edwards; fourth Megan Scale and Lucy Jenkins; sixth Shannon Davies and Alex Mayhew; eighth Robyn McGillivray and Jessica Rowland; seventh Edie Lewis and Niamh Gardener.
Byron Grey and Thomas Richardson won gold in the men’s pair competition.
The club also held their first recreational acro competition that was organised by Sarah McGillivray and Andy Grey.
The club presented Katie David with a Dragon Award over the Christmas period for her dedication to her sport.
