Neyland 3
Tenby 0
NEYLAND deservedly picked-up their eighth win of the season with a comfortable victory over ten-man Tenby at the Athletic Ground.
The visitors’ cause wasn’t helped as Sam Christopher was sent-off by referee Alan Boswell, the striker was booked for a foul and then dissent with barely ten minutes on the clock.
Minutes later and the Nomads scored the opener when Nathan Warlow’s shot was parried, only for Leigh Power to gobble up the rebound.
Leigh’s brother Gary added a second goal in the 70th minute, his low shot from the edge area easily beat Tenby keeper Dan Russell.
The Nomads wrapped up the points five minutes from the end as midfielder Wayne Parry powered home a header from a corner.
