FourteenTROTs took part in the gruelling London marathon.
With over 35,000 runners it was the hottest weather recorded in the event's 27-year history.
Ann Thomas ran under three hours and was the fastest Welsh woman to finish.She won an individual gold medal. Next home was Clive Thomas, then Mary Bowen Rees and Clare Clethero.
Mary was fifth and Clare was seventh female to finish from Wales. Ann, Mary and Clare won a team gold medal in the Welsh championships.
Martin Davies, Dave Griffiths, Amanda Morgan, Lon Morgan, Pauline Thomas, Penny Rees, Tom Furness, Mike Hodges, Liz Richards and Brian Williams all successfully completed
