THREE Pembrokeshire girls will be part of Jayne Ludlow’s Wales Women’s squad to play a UEFA Women’s EURO qualifying match at the Conygar Bridge Meadow Stadium on Thursday, November 26 at 2pm.

The game is the third qualifying match for Wales following defeats in Austria and Norway, the top two seeds in Group 8.

Joanna Price, Angharad James and Nadia Lawrence will form a local trio itching to play in their home county.

“The players and I are really looking forward to playing in front of the Welsh fans in west Wales,” said Ludlow.

“Hopefully they’re in for an entertaining match and I have every confidence that my squad can deliver.

The last time Wales met Kazakhstan in a qualifying match was 2006 - a game Wales won 2-1 in Strumica.

The last time the Wales women played on the Meadow was back in June 2014 when they beat Turkey 1-0.
