ROSEMARKET Golf Club members played in a Pairs Stableford on Saturday, winning with a combined 79pts were Mark Lewis and Colin Sharpe. Runners up were Mark McCormack and Dave Pink with 76pts, third Adam Reynolds and Adam Rogers 74pts, fourth Des Potter and Roger Scrimshaw with 73pts beating Tony Deakin and Alex James on count back.
The Winter League match was played on Sunday with Peter Morgan winning with an excellent 43pts which included two birdie 2s on hole 9 and 16. Runner up was in form Colin Sharpe with 40pts, third Mark Lewis 39pts, fourth Gary Lloyd 39pts and fifth Dave Pink 36pts.
The AGM was held at the club house on Friday evening, and the new club captain for 2016 Jock Wilson was given his green club jacket by out-going captain Adam Rogers.
Adam was thanked by members and management for an excellent year's captaincy in 2015.
