Warren Gatland has named his 35-man squad for Wales' summer fixtures.

As expected, former Haverfordwest RFC prop Rob Evans retains his place, as are former Whitland centres Jonathan Davies and Scott Williams.

However, despite being widely tipped to win his first cap, there is no place for another former Whitland and Pembrokeshire player in flanker James 'Cubby' Davies.

However, the news may now free up Davies to be involved in the Summer Omypics with the GB 7s squad in Rio.
