Harvey Davies took second place to push himself into third place in the League. These younger golfers played some wonderful shots in wet and windy conditions and it was fitting that the final shot of the day was a forty yard chip which dangled on the edge of the hole, but ultimately was enough to give Bleddyn Gibbs his first competition win and a shot off his handicap.

Sunday brought more wind and rain and the penultimate round of the 18 hole Sunday Winter League.
