THREE pre-season cup finals will take place in Pembrokeshire tonight.

At The Obs, hosts Hakin United will take on Milford United in the final of the Joe Lennon Memorial Cup.

The Vikings overcame Herbie 3-0 last week in their semi-final and will not go for a sixth straight tournament win. The Robins meanwhile, beat arch rivals Milford Athletic 2-0 on Tuesday, and will be looking to recapture the trophy they last won in the tournament’s inaugural year in 2011.

That game will kick off at 6pm, and will be refereed by Bernie Armstrong.

At Tregroes Park in Fishguard, Eddie Merry Cup holders Merlins Bridge will also be out to retain a trophy, when they face Costcutter Ceredigion League champions Llandysul.

The Wizards were impressive in seeing off the West Dragons 4-1 on Tuesday, while the Cardigan outfit beat hosts Fishguard Sports 5-2 on Monday.

That match kicks off at 6.15pm, and will be refereed by Sean O’Connor.

Again, all proceeds from the game will be donated to the Gateway Club.

Also tonight, Clarbeston Road will host Carew in the final of the Micky Thomas Memorial Cup.

The Rooks beat St Clears in the first semi-final 3-0 on Monday, thanks to a hat trick from Scott Ferney.

The following night, Clarbie brushed aside Kilgetty 7-1, with Jason Griffiths striking four times, with further goals from Steffan Thomas, Matthew Davies, and Ben Barnett.

That final will start at 6.15pm.

Finally, local rivals Monkton Swifts and Pennar Robins will meet in the final of the 'Weaver' Callan Cup at Monkton Lane, 6pm kick off.
