LATE goals from Joe Booth and Nathan Davies earned Pendine a point in the only Bluestone Foundation League match to be played last night (Thursday).

In the other scheduled ties, both Narberth and Carew were unable to fulfill matches against West Dragons and St Clears respectively, with the latter two automatically picking up three points.

At Llanmiloe Playing Fields, it was Bluestone who took control, as goals from Bradley Hewett and George Lander put them 2-0 up at the break.

But in the latter stages, the hosts fought back, and strikes from Booth and Davies secured their second point of the competition.

The next set of fixtures is next Tuesday, August 15th, with Pendine v Narberth; West Dragons v St Clears; and Carew v Bluestone.

All games kick off 6.30pm.
