Division Three West A teams Laugharne and Pembroke will face off for a place in the last 16 of the National Bowl after being drawn to play each other in round four.
Because of the way the draw works, there are now 23 sides left in the competition, meaning there are seven third round ties whilst nine fortunate clubs receive fourth round byes.
The Cocklemen have had their own share of luck so far – bizarrely getting through the first three rounds without having to step on the field, after Narberth 2nds, Llangwm, and then Pontrhydfen failed to raise sides to play them.
They will be at home to a Pembroke team who have had a much trickier path – winning 31-24 at Haverfordwest, then seeing off Aberaeron at home 40-22, before Saturday’s away success at Cefn Cribbwr, where Geraint Lewis’ side prevailed 40-22.
But both sides will see this is a tremendous opportunity to reach the last 16, and stay on course for a Principality Stadium final in May.
The clash takes place on Saturday, December 9th – three weeks after the pair are due to meet at Cricmarren in the league (Saturday, November 18th).
Also on December 9th, Whitland and Crymych will be at home in round three of the Plate.
The Borderers, who had a first round bye before beating Tumble 38-7 on Saturday, host Nant Conwy, who currently top North Wales Division One with six wins from their seven games.
But Whitland themselves have won five from five in Division Two West, and will relish the fact the visitors have to travel the long distance.
Crymych host Division One West Central side Tondu.
The Preseli Men easily saw off Llanybydder (58-16) in round one before having a walkover against Blackwood – and will fancy a real go at a Tondu side who only saw off Division Two West team Carmarthen Athletic 39-33 in the last round.
