FORMER Haverfordwest prop Rob Evans will win his 19th cap for Wales on Saturday after being named in Warren Gatland's XV to face World Champions New Zealand.

The 25-year-old returned to action two weeks ago following a month long lay-off after failing a HIA (head injury assessment) during the Scarlets v Connaught Pro14 match on September 29th.

But he impressed during Wales' 29-21 defeat against Australia on November 5th, getting his hands on the ball 18 times and making 12 off-loads.

And after being rested for the 13-6 win over Georgia last weekend, he will be back at loosehead prop as Wales look to end a run of 29 straight defeats against The All Blacks - with their last win coming in 1953.

Evans is part of an unchanged pack from the opening Under Armour Series clash against Australia. Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar partner at half-back with Owen Williams lining up alongside Scott Williams in the midfield, with the Scarlets centre winning his 50th cap.

The clash kicks off at 5.15pm at the Principality Stadium.
