Manderwood Pembrokeshire Football League Division One (2.30pm):
Goodwick United v Carew
Carew's own Twitter account hit the nail on the head last week - you can't concede six goals away from home and expect to come away with something.
And although the Rooks almost managed that in that 6-5 defeat at Clarbie, they need to shore up at the back to compliment an undeniably formidable attack, further strengthened again this week with the apparent return of Jordan Richards from West Dragons.
Twice this season they have given up 3-0 leads, and can ill afford to be so generous at Phoenix Park against in-form Goodwick.
Wayne O'Sullivan's side have lost just once in 14 league and cup games this season, and whilst much of the talk has been about Jordan Griffiths and their attacking players, it was their back four and keeper James Gwilt who were rock solid in their 1-0 FAW Trophy win at Ynyddu last Saturday.
Last week's match winner and captain Adam Raymond also appears back to full form and fitness, and last season's treble winning hangover seems firmly behind them.
Via the Christopher brothers, Scott Ferney, and others - Carew have more than enough weapons to threaten The Phoenix Boys.
But whether they can do it whilst keeping them out at the other end remains to be seen.
Score prediction: Goodwick United 4-2 Carew
Hakin United v Milford United
Few could have begrudged The Robins their late equaliser at Lamphey last week, and a first point on the board.
It was old head William Goodall who struck late on, but the reality remains that Adrian Hutchings' team need to build on that imminently if they are to survive this season.
And it will be difficult to do that tomorrow against The Vikings, who go in on a high after they defied a red card to fightback brilliantly and win 3-2 at Caerphilly Athletic in the FAW Trophy.
Any side would be hit by the loss of Nicky Woodrow - but the form of the likes of Ben Fawcett, Ryan Wilson, Adam John, plus youngster Jack Wilson who impressed last week, has been too good to ignore.
Justin Harding stepped up to the lead the line on Saturday and scored twice, and the visitors will have to show all their recent resilience, and more, to come away with something from The Obs.
Score prediction: Hakin United 4-0 Milford United
Herbrandston v Clarbeston Road
Clarbie are becoming increasingly hard to predict - in their last two league games they have won once, lost once, scored eight, and conceded 11.
Jason Griffiths has 20 league and cup goals this season, and leads a front line capable of doing damage against any Pembrokeshire side.
But Matthew Ellis will be concerned by his team's recent fallibility in defence, a factor that gives Herbie hope tomorrow.
Oliver West's team have made small step forwards of late, fighting back from 2-0 to score against Angle before giving Merlins Bridge a test in atrocious weather at The Racecourse last Saturday.
Scott Reid was on the scoresheet in both those games, whilst keeper Gareth Marshallsay has also returned, with Herbie getting back to something like their full squad after a spate of injuries.
I think both sides will score - and will edge towards Clarbie doing a league double after winning 2-1 against West's men earlier in the season.
Although I don't predict it with a great deal of conviction.
Score prediction: Herbrandston 2-3 Clarbeston Road
Merlins Bridge v West Dragons
Clearly all has not been well with the West Dragons these past few weeks.
As mentioned, Jordan Richards is set to re-join Carew, Jordan Williams has returned to Narberth, and Nick Squire is back at St Clears.
Lee Morgan has returned to temporarily help out with the first team, and will need to pick the players up sharply after their 2-1 loss at Monkton last week.
Bridge on the other hand, continue to look strong, with Nathan Greene's hat trick in the 4-2 win over Herbie giving him 24 league and cup goals for the season.
Earlier in the season it was The Wizards who prevailed 2-1 when these two met in the league. On current form, few would back against them completing a double at The Racecourse tomorrow.
Score prediction: Merlins Bridge 3-0 West Dragons
Monkton Swifts v Angle
The last two weeks I have backed Monkton to lose. The last two weeks they have won.
So it's probably bad news for The Swifts that I tip them tomorrow against an Angle side without a league win since September 5th - a 2-1 success that was ironically against Monkton.
They have drawn their last two games, with the increasingly important Josh Clarke getting all three goals against Herbie (2-2) and Pennar (1-1), but the home side go in off the back of beating Lamphey (6-2) and West Dragons (2-1).
And they have had seven different scorers in those two games, with Blake James and James Russell the players to strike last Saturday.
I don't think there will be much in this, but form alone sways me towards The Swifts.
Score prediction: Monkton Swifts 2-1 Angle
Narberth v Lamphey
Whilst their league position is slightly false given the others have games in hand - being second after nine league matches would have been beyond Narberth's dreams when they were first re-instated to Division One.
The returning Jordan Williams scored twice in the 4-1 win over Neyland last wee, giving The Bluebirds a sixth straight league win, and remarkably, their tally of 18 points is just one below what they managed in the whole of last season.
And I can see them passing it tomorrow, with Morgan Preece and Adi Jones' side now looking a very good collective outfit.
It has been a patchy season for Lamphey, with just nine points from 10 games, and Alan Kitts would have been annoyed by his side dropping two late points against rock bottom Milford last week.
They have struggled to get any kind of run going, and will have to contain both Williams and the in-form Dafydd Wright to get a result at Jesse Road.
Score prediction: Narberth 3-1 Lamphey
Pennar Robins v Neyland
Not so long ago Pennar would have been wondering where a first point was coming from - now they have seven and are out of the bottom two after three league games unbeaten.
And Chris Lloyd's men will look to extend that to four against a Neyland eam that continue to be 'jekyll and hyde'.
They beat Monkton 7-1 to move second three weeks ago, but have followed that up with hidings from Goodwick (8-1) and Narberth (4-1).
The Robins meanwhile, drew 1-1 at Angle courtesy of a Luke Phillips goal, and I'd expect they will make life difficult for The Nomads at Bush Camp.
I envisage a close affair.
Score prediction: Pennar Robins 2-2 Neyland
