Fishguard (125 all out) lost to Hook (200 for 8).
Hook extended their lead at the top of the section table as they batted well to build a big score and then were led by skipper Matthew Rowlands in the field as he grabbed five wickets.
Ben Field was the architect of Hook's big total as he stroked six fours and five big sixes in his 90 before he was out when three figures seemed a formality.
Field shared a stand of 60 with Keith James (34) and Rob Owen contributed 35, including four boundaries. Sam Kurtz was the pick of the Fishguard bowling with three for 26 alongside Rob Couzens (2 for 41), whilst Anthony Couzens and Jonathan Strawbridge also claimed a wicket apiece.
David Haynes led the Fishguard response, as he does so often, striking nine fours in his 68. But only skipper Nigel Morgan (23) was able to stay with Haynes and Matthew Rowlands picked up five for 28, ably assisted by Field (2 for 33) .
Tom Blaxland and Andrew Thomas also got on the wicket-takers' list to help Hook to maximum points.
Umpires: Hilliard Davies and Richard Merriman Scorer: Joy James (Hook).
Pembroke fight back for big win.
Pembroke (123 all out) beat Saundersfoot (96 all out).
Pembroke were good value for victory over second-placed Saundersfoot at Treleet.
They recovered from a dismal 84 for 8 to set a final target was just out of the Seasiders' reach, despite a gritty knock by wicket-keeper Ian Poole.
Both teams were without key players but Jeremy Smith (33) and Dan Scourfield (24) had helped Pembroke to a steady start at 60 for one. But Dickie Parcell (4 for 28), Kevin Sykes (2 for 32) and Yannick Parker (2 for 15) helped Saundersfoot fight back before Rob Weston (17) and evergreen all-rounder Nigel Phillips guided the Pembroke tail' to 123 all out with his undefeated 27.
The Seasiders lurched to 31 for six as 17-year-olds Charlie Allen (1 for 6) and Rob Weston (2 for 11) joined Jeremy Smith (1 for 24) and Phillips (2 for 22) in causing problems.
Only Yannick Parker (15) was able to stay on the crease and Poole crashed eight boundaries en route to top score of 41. But veteran home skipper Kevin Jenkins defied aching knees and a stiff neck to grab the last three wickets for only 12 runs to give Pembroke a morale-boosting win.

Jenks' boys bat well at Llandigige Fawr.
Llanrhian (147 for 9) lost to Johnston (148 for 5).
Johnston showed that they can chase down a big total as they travelled to take on Llanrhian at Llandigige Fawr and lost only five wickets in answer to skipper Steve Jenkins' call to show their batting prowess on a good track.
Llanrhian's total of 147 for 9 owed a great deal to a fine 55 not out by Gareth Davies, still recovering from a knee operation but batting late at number seven to make sure that his side batted out the overs as he liberally sprinkled boundaries throughout.
He received solid support from Matthew Bennett (28) as the pick of the Johnston bowlers were Simon Williams (3 for 26) and Nathan James (3 for 47).
John Summons anchored the Johnston reply with a top score of 49 runs before he fell just a run short of what would have been a deserved half century. But Richard Davies contributed a useful 37 and the other Johnston batsmen chipped in against Bennett (2 for 28) and Tony Kitchell (3 for 28) to give their side a welcome win.

Herbie blitz basement battlers.
Herbrandston (63 for 0) beat Llechryd (62 all out).
Llechryd's woeful season continued as they travelled to Herbrandston and were thrashed by ten wickets as they batted poorly and couldn't even pick up a single Herbie wicket when they fielded.
Nathan Banner led the Herbie bowling attack with a four for 10 haul, supported by Alan McClelland (2 for 16), Paul Hood (2 for 17) and Kristan Bennett 1 for 18), as Llechryd batsmen came and went at regular intervals.
Banner was joined by old-timer Gary Davies in opening the Herbrandston batting and teenager Banner showed his all-round promise as he crashed a speedy 39 not out, with Davies chipping in with a neatly-compiled 24 not out in what was a one-sided contest.

Carew cruise in battle of second strings.
Haverfordwest 2nds (92 all out) lost to Carew 2nds (154 for 7).
Carew were too strong for their counterparts from Haverfordwest on the Racecourse.
The visitors built up a decent batting total after being asked to bat and then had Neil Gregory, Steve Ive and John Canton claiming three wickets each as The Town found it hard going after tea.
Adrian Harries scored 23 for Carew before he was run out, with 16-year-old Tom Davies (30), Nick Cope (29) and Martin Scourfield (27) the other successful Carew batsmen, despite steady bowling by Josh Wilment (2 for 38), Nigel Delaney (2 for 42) and Dean Flood (2 for 32).
Haverfordwest were soon in the mire as Gregory (3 for 24) and Ive (3 for 21) bowled at pace to break the back of the innings. Only Julian James managed 17 before his dad Steve tried hard to keep things tight with 32 not out from 83 balls.
But John Canton weaved his magic at the other end to wind up the innings with a three for 21 analysis, the off-spinner finished things off as Carew won the battle of the second strings in this section by a resounding 62 runs.
Umpires: John Austin and Philip Marsden.
Scorer: Ros Phillips (Haverfordwest).
