Senior section: The season is well under way under the captaincy of Dick Cross.

The first match was a creditable draw away to Priskilly.

Tenby gained revenge for the home defeat last season, by winning six and a half to five and a half at Haverfordwest.

Home wins have been recorded against Glyn Abbey, Newport, and Haverfordwest completed the double, winning home and away against St Davids.

This year’s senior rocker competition winner was Mike Foley, with 39 points. Second, losing on the back nine was Vernon Harries, also with 39 points and third with 36 points was Stephen Myatt.

The senior Welsh team championships have been unkind, with both A and B teams having away fixtures. The A team lost to Inco, but played superbly to win at Glynhir. The reward is a home game against Fairwood Park. The B team narrowly lost both away games at Builth Wells and Llanishen.
