Rhythmic gymnast, Katy Baggs, won a bronze medal in the espoire section at the Celtic Cup/Home Nations international held in Cardiff, recently.
The eight strong Welsh team also took team gold ahead of Scotland second and England third.
Katy aged 11, along with the Haverfordwest squad, are currently training hard with their coach Jacqui Duggan and assistant Johanna Thomas. This year’s competition season starts with the Welsh and SouthWest grades on March 27th at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
Rhythmic classes for beginners are held in Haverfordwest leisure centre on Tuesdays from 4.30pm until 5.30pm. Contact Jacqui Duggan on 01437 767152 for further information.
