Merlins Bridge 5 Clarbeston Road 1 MERLINS Bridge kept their one hundred percent winning record intact with an easy home win over Clarbeston Road.
Peter Thomas cracked a sweet ten-yard volley to give the Wizards a one-goal cushion at the break. Five minutes after half time and Mike Preddy slotted home the second.
Johnny Horgan made no mistake with the third. James Skudder was brought down in the box, and from the resulting penalty Peter Thomas made no mistake. An own goal brought up goal number five, before Sean Seymour Davies grabbed a consolation for the Road.
