Lawrenny (219 all out) drew with Whitland (153 for 9)
There were runs aplenty at Lawrenny as they batted first against Narberth and established a big total of 219 all out in their final over, with Steve Lewis stroking nine fours and three big sixes in his imperious 71.

Brad McDermott-Jenkins gave Lawrenny a useful start with 40 (eight fours) alongside James Buckle (40, including two fours and a six) and Andrew Cole (19) Dave Dunfee was the pick of the Whitland bowlers with 5 for 40, supported by skipper Matthew Davies (2 for 37 in 10 overs) and Mark Lee (2 for 55 in 12 overs), whilst Dave Dearden marked his debut with 1 for 43 in eight overs.

Whitland also accumulated runs steadily through Paul Davies (43), Dave Lee (25), Matthew Davies (25), Ed John 18 and David Dunfee (16) before they had to settle for the draw. For Lawrenny, Steve Lewis completed an outstanding performance with a 3 for 22 haul alongside Simon Cole (1 for 31), Alistair Edwards (2 for 36) and William Morris (2 for 7).
