The Albert Bevans mixed pairs darts competition was held at Milford Haven Rugby Club.
Nineteen pairs took part but unfortunately there not enough Ladies entered to run a mixed pairs, so the draw was done for a blind pairs event. In the semi-finals Gareth Starling and John Lewis beat Nathan Jones and Craig Adams.
Shaun Dyson and James Passmore beat Sara Reed and Cris Barrett. Shaun scored a 180 on his way to the final. Shaun and James won the final three-nil; the result could have been a lot closer with all legs going down to the final double.
The Benbow and the Victoria Inn were warmly thanked for supplying nearly half of the entries between them. The Benbow girls’ even did the raffle.
Gerald Picton and the Club were thanked for donating raffle prizes and Batman and Robin were thanked for running the tournament with the Joker calling the scores in the final.
Dai Fricker hit a superb 126 outshot in the league.
