Trots on the run at London marathon

Eight Trot runners joined more than 30,000 runners in the London marathon last month.
Ann Thomas ran with the elite women and had a personal best time finishing third in the over-40 women's category For Chris Birch, Liz Dutch and Liz Richards, this was their first marathon and all ran well. Mary Bowen Rees finished a creditable 16th in her age category.
Both Martin Davies and Penny Rees achieved a personal best time.
Brian Williams also had a good run.
