Belgium can edge ahead of England in Group G as Germany look to respond to their opening defeat to Mexico.

Here, Press Association Sport highlights Saturday’s World Cup must-see moments.

Belgium v Tunisia

England’s Group G rivals meet at the Spartak Stadium in Moscow, where Belgium can all-but guarantee themselves a place in the knockout stages with a second win.

The Red Devils were far too strong for Panama in their opening game with Premier League stars such as Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne once again aiming to shine.

Following their late defeat to England, Tunisia realistically need a win to maintain any hope of progressing, with another loss – coupled with an England win over Panama on Sunday – confirming their elimination.

South Korea v Mexico

After their superb showing against reigning world champions Germany, it remains to be seen if Mexico can follow up that wholehearted display with a similar outing against South Korea.

Group F will be blown wide open if the Asian nation address their narrow opening defeat to Sweden and will also bolster Germany’s chances of avoiding a shock group-stage exit.

Mexico have arguably been the most impressive side on display so far in Russia and if Juan Carlos Osorio can mastermind another win, they will be well on course for the last 16.

Germany v Sweden

With reports of crisis meetings following their 1-0 reverse against Mexico in Moscow, Joachim Low’s Germany need a positive result against their European rivals.

The slovenly performance only added to the disappointment of beginning the tournament with a loss and there needs to be a better reaction than we saw from the likes of Argentina earlier in the week.

Sweden edged past South Korea courtesy of a VAR-assisted penalty and if they can heap more misery on the holders, they could secure a place in the knockout rounds.

Media briefings

Gareth Southgate will shoulder the burden of facing the media in Nizhny Novgorod on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s meeting with Panama. Southgate, who dislocated a shoulder after falling during a run earlier in the week, is expected to be his usual calm and composed self despite his personal bump in the road this week.

He is likely to be quizzed on his line-up for Sunday, particularly over whether the likes of Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are in or out.

The four teams in Group H will also be in action on Sunday so their respective coaches will all face the media on the eve of key matches.

Poland boss Adam Nawalka will come under scrutiny following defeat to Senegal in their opening game – while his Colombian counterpart Jose Pekerman is also likely to face tough questioning after losing to Japan.
