Hiya all.

Hope you've all had a good week and weekend. Mine started off with a good hard win against top four side Glasgow. I knew it was a hard game when I woke up on Saturday morning stiff as a board and had to go catch six piglets from my old friend Lee Summons' farm down in Neyland. It was hard work and in the end I left my uncle Paul do most of the work but after a while we had them all in their pen chomping away!

The game was tough and a bit scrappy as you who watched it will know. I was happy with the way the scrums went and the boys put in some good efforts around the field; but at the end of the day the most important thing was to get the 'W'.

My highlight though was hearing a chant in the crowd shouting Robbieeee, Robbie, Robbie. As I was blowing heavily through my lungs it did bring a small smile to my face.

Into another big week now where we need another big result out in Galway if we really want to keep going towards our goal of the top four at the end of the season. I think it will be another scrappy game as I don't think the sun ever shines out in Connacht at the Sportsground.

The boys are in good spirits and we need to keep our winning streak going now as we've got another two big weeks coming up after that - back to back games against Ulster in the European Rugby Champions Cup.

The second Ulster game is Pembrokeshire day, which I'm really looking forward to. Would really appreciate it if you made the effort and decided to come up and support us boys - as I said before it really does make a difference to hear you on the sidelines. I only want to hear the good singing voices though!

A big congratulations to a big friend of mine Aaron Shingler on his 100th game last Friday night and also to Phil John on his remarkable achievement on his 300th game for the Scarlets.

Anyway that's me for another week and I’ll let you know how we got on next Wednesday. Take care and be safe, especially as the weather changes on these roads in Pembrokeshire.
