HI all, hope you’ve had a good week. It was half term last week so hopefully you managed to keep the little ones out of mischief!

It was good to be back at the Scarlets last week and get some rugby under my belt after travelling to Scotland with Wales as the 24th man.

It was physical against Munster at the Parc with a huge defensive effort from us. Having gone 25-13 ahead with ten minutes to go we thought we’d done enough to secure the victory.

But Munster came back at us though and were relentless in those closing minutes and crossed for two tries to bring the score back level.

The dressing room was very quiet afterwards – we were disappointed to come away with a draw having put some really good stuff together and gone 12 points ahead.

Ulster will be massive this week and we have to get something. Connacht jumped back ahead of us into sixth on Sunday by beating the Dragons in Newport .

I’ve been back in Wales camp this week. The boys are fresh after the weekend off and looking to put in a huge performance in France. I’ll continue to work hard and keep putting my hand up for selection.

I’ve been back home too, the pigs are doing well but unfortunately it’s nearly time to say goodbye to a few of them, which will be tough.

Have a good week!

Rob.
