Milford United 3
Angle 1

WILL Goodall scored two headers to ensure Milford United completed the double over Angle at Marble Hall on Saturday.

Centre back Goodall headed home Ashley Mathias cross for the opener on 20 minutes, however five minutes later Ben Adams levelled matters with a penalty.
On the hour mark the Robins regained the lead when Chris Thompson combined with Macauley Mackay, and the latter finished from six yards.
In the 75th minute the Robins put the result beyond doubt as they added a third goal, Ashley Mathias’ corner was powerfully headed home by the influential Goodall to secure the Robins’ third win of the season, and this excellent result moved them six points clear of the relegation zone.
