Talented all-round cricketer Toby Poole has been selected for the Wales under-13 squad.
The 13-year-old who attends Greenhill School has been attending Welsh squad cricket trials for the past three years at Glamorgan Swalec Stadium and Neath development nets.
The early order batsman and off spin bowler’s hard work and commitment has paid off by gaining international recognition.
His dad Ian, is a former Welsh schoolboy international and also a senior International, his grandfather, the late Wallace Poole, stalwart of Kilgetty was also a Wales over 50’s off spin bowler. An early order batsmen and off spin bowler plays for Kilgetty senior and junior teams along with representing his county in Welsh Regional games and will be playing all over Wales and England this summer with the Welsh team.
