Haverfordwest County will be playing a cup-tie with Cambrian & Clydach in the first round of the Welsh FA’s new League Cup at the start of the new season.
The first round of the new Cup competition was drawn in Cardiff.
The first round involves eight clubs from the main feeder leagues, the Huw Gray Alliance and the MacWhirter Welsh League, in which the Bluebirds finished third last season.
The four winning teams will then go into the hat for the second round along with the 12 Welsh Premier League clubs. The full draw is: Buckley Town v Penrhyncoch; Cambrian & Clydach v Haverfordwest County; Rhyl v Porthmadog FC; Taffs Well v Bryntirion Athletic The first round games are scheduled to be played in September.
