WARREN Gatland has made just one change to his Wales side for Sunday’s Six Nations clash with Scotland in Edinburgh with Liam Williams replacing George North on the wing.

The head coach has given another chance to the side that spluttered in the 21-16 defeat to England at the Millennium Stadium last Friday.

North, who suffered two blows to the head in the tournament opener, sits out the Murrayfield encounter but the rest get another crack.

"The response from the players has been very positive in training this week and we are looking forward to having the opportunity to right last weekend's wrongs,” said Gatland.

"Scotland started the tournament well against France, building on their autumn campaign and they will be looking forward to welcoming us to Edinburgh this weekend.

"We know what we need to do and we hope our performance can reflect that. We have taken the decision to give George an extended recovery period ahead of the game against France, in light of his concussion in the autumn.”

Tighthead Samson Lee is selected but needs to complete graduated return to play protocol after also suffering a blow to the head against England.
