Torvill and Dean to give ice lesson

Ice dance stars Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are giving fans a chance to skate with them in a "golden ticket" competition.

The Olympic gold medal winners, who are mentors of ITV1's Dancing On Ice, will give an hour-long lesson to the winner.

The buyer of the one millionth ticket for the TV show's live tour will land the prize.

So far 980,000 tickets have been sold and organisers say it could be gone within a week.

The tour begins on April 8 and features actress Emily Atack, Coronation Street's Gaynor Faye, ex-Hollyoaks actor Chris Fountain, Boyzone's Mikey Graham and former Footballers' Wives star Gary Lucy.

Emmerdale's Hayley Tamaddon, who is still favourite to win the current series, is also performing.
