Base 64, a young people’s group based in Fishguard, were out and about in silly costumes on Sunday 19th April, raising money so that they could subsidise places on an upcoming youth exchange for young people from families with lower incomes. And they were absolutely delighted to come away with over £260!
Facilitator Karen Chandler would like to thank everyone who gave so generously, the young people who walked for hours in very silly costumes in what turned out to be extremely hot sunshine, and Reed Ransted Accountants for their particularly generous donation.
If you would like to find out more about Base 64, which is the “youth arm” of local education charity Theatr Fforwm Cymru, please contact Karen on 07590420889.
