During the lunch the secretary drew attention of the members that we had accumulated a considerable reserve of funds. After discussion it was agreed unanimously that the money should be given to the Air Ambulance. The next luncheon will be held in January at a time and venue to be advised. Money was taken for the 100+ club and deposits for the Christmas dinner car sharing arrangements were made to attend the screening of ‘The Age of Stupid’ at the Merlin Theatre and the Autumn Group meeting in Llawhaden, a letter was read by secretary, Deanna Lewis from county thanking the institute for money donated as sponsorship to the Raise the Roff Appeal after the magnificent efforts of Mo Gamble and Eileen Lewis in walking the coastal path. Deanna was congratulated on having a photo accepted for the 2010 calendar.
