Mrs Sheila Best St Davids Peacefully on January 26th at Torestin Care Home, Sheila of St.Davids. Beloved wife of the late Rolf, Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Nick and Elaine, Nigel and Fiona. Much loved grandmother of Sam, Laura, Tom and Rebecca.
