Hugh Ian Salmon Rhodiad Y Brenhin Carolyn, James, Justin and Family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for cards, flowers and all expressions of sympathy following their recent bereavement. Special thanks to all the staff of Ward 11 Withybush Hospital for their outstanding care and support. Our thanks to Rev Geoffrey Eynon for officiating at the funeral service and the comfort given as hospital Chaplain. Also the Rev Leigh Richardson, family friend John A Evans who fulfilled Hugh's wishes and Mrs Eluned Phillips as the organist. Finally, our gratitude to Funeral director W.G. Bernard Mathias & Daughter for carrying out the funeral arrangements in such a professional and dignified manner. Donations if desired to Ward 11 Withybush Hospital Received by W.G.
