JASPER G. C. SLATER 31/12/31 - 22/8/19 Jasper passed away peacefully at home with his family present after a long illness bourne with courage. His funeral was held at St. Martins Church on 4th September followed by cremation. His ashes will return to St. Martins in the near future. Joan and family would like to thank everyone for the beautiful messages of sympathy and flowers that have helped immensely. They would like to thank all at Winch Lane Medical Centre, the Paul Sartori Foundation, Ward 10 and the wonderful carers who treated him with such dignity at his home. Thanks also to Father Hook of St. Martins Church and Mr Andrew Rees, Funeral Director for their dignified conduction of the service and cremation.
