Sir Robert F Delpech Sir Robert Delpech passed away peacefully on 8th February at Park House Court Nursing Home, after a short illness, aged 97. During his eventful life, which began in Seychelles, he served in the Royal Navy, the Royal Air Force, taught French, and eventually become a diplomat representing the Republic of Seychelles as High Commissioner in London. He will be sadly missed by his children, Roger, Simon, Dominique and stepdaughter Sarah, and his grandchildren. He outlived two wives; Marjorie and Valerie. His connections to Pembrokeshire began in 1948 when he was posted to the RAF marine craft unit in Pembroke Dock. His Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 26th February, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth, at 2.30pm. Following this, mourners will be welcome at the Giltar Hotel Tenby, for refreshments.
