Mr Dewi Llewelyn James Haverfordwest Former Mayor and Sheriff of Haverfordwest, Haverfordwest Town Councillor, Dyfed County Councillor and Retired Building Contractor Dewi Llewelyn James of Hayscastle, Camrose and City Road Haverfordwest, passed away peacefully after a short illness on 28th September 2020 aged 87 years in Fairfield, Johnston. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Joyce in 1999, and his great grandson Callum in 2016, Dewi leaves to mourn: Mr & Mrs Haydn James and Mr & Mrs Nigel James (sons and daughters in law), Gemma, Cara, Christopher, Seimon, Daniel & Tanwen (grandchildren) who were also bearers, Bleddyn, Grace, Aneira, Ragen, Miley & Alfred (great grandchildren), Mr & Mrs Gilbert James (brother & sister in law), Mrs Eileen Hughes (sister in law), Mrs Anita Ingle (companion and good friend). A private family service took place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on 9th October 2020. There were no flowers but donations, if desired for 'The Royal British Legion' or 'Tabernacle Chapel Haverfordwest' which are being received by Paul Jenkins & Sons Funeral Directors, Feidr Castell, Fishguard, SA65 9BB.
