Mr Dennis Lloyd, I will always remember him for his kind advice and assistance in all areas of my life that he became associated with. Rugby, Athletics and often life itself. He would always be there with inspiration, encouragement and sagacity. I am reminded these last few days of the many pupils and rugby club players have similar memories and respect for him. Mr Lloyd's nature was to discuss and suggest not penalise. On one occasion he gave me detention, I remember to this day the feeling that I had disappointed him. Sport, in particular rugby, has lost a loyal servant and guide. Education has lost a teaching champion and future generations of schoolchildren will miss an experience to be enjoyed. My sincerest condolences go to Vicky, Simon and Sarah
