BILLING (Nee Offord) Shirley Christina of Milford Haven Around the World Yachts Woman Passed away peacefully on September 5th 2021, aged 87 years. A much loved mum, grandma, great grandma and sister who will be very sadly missed. The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday, September 22nd at 12.15pm.
