Mrs Annie Lester ( Nancy) The death occurred peacefully of Annie Lester, known as Nancy, on 25th August following a time of illness that she bore with great courage and dignity. Beloved wife of the late Ray, Nancy was the devoted and loving mother to Helen, John, David and Valerie, respected mother- in- law of Anne, Betty and Mark and cherished grandmother of Sarah, Mandy, Jenny, Rosie, Michael, Luke and Naomi. The funeral took place on 11th September at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth where the coffin was borne by her children John, David and Valerie and her grandson Luke. This was followed by a service at Broad Haven chapel where Nancy had been a regular attender prior to her ill health. Both services were sensitively led by Rev Helen Dare with Nancy's son John and grandson Michael reading the eulogy and family memories. There was a single family wreath and donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Paul Sartori Foundation, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest, SA61 1RP. Many thanks to the carers of HSG and the Paul Sartori staff who cared for Nancy so lovingly during her final months
