Mr Thomas Joseph (Tom) Somers Fishguard The family wishes to thank relatives, friends and everyone who sent their condolences with mass cards, sympathy cards and flowers for the house. Special thanks to Paul Sartori Foundation, carers from Care in Hand, Doctors and Nurses at Fishguard Health Centre, Doctors and Nurses at Ward 10 Withybush Hospital and to Paul Jenkins & Sons for carrying out the funeral arrangements.
