Mr Gerallt Rees Former Head Teacher of Barn Street Junior School and Fenton Primary School, Haverfordwest died peacefully on the 13th August. Louise and family would like to thank all the many friends who sent cards of sympathy and made generous donations to Cancer Research Wales, in lieu of flowers. Gerallt was grateful and appreciative of the care he received in University Hospital of Wales and Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest especially from the C.D.U. and Ward 10 in Withybush. The funeral took place at St. Llawddog Church, Penboyr, Drefach Felindre on the 19th August. Thanks are extended to Wyn Williams, funeral director; Rev Beth Davies, Rev Euryl Howells, Cannon Aled Williams; Mrs Gaynor Bowen, Organist and the many Church members who ensured that the service fulfilled Gerallt's wishes.
