Mr Mike Lewis Haverfordwest Janet and family would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and flowers received during their sad loss. Many thanks to all involved in Mike's treatment and care during his illness, particularly Dr. Thompson (St. Thomas' Surgery), District Nurses, ITU, CCU and Ward C at Morriston Hospital, Paul Sartori Foundation. Grateful thanks to Dyfed Powys Police for their support, Rev Martin Spain and Jason, Matthew and David of Roy Folland and Son for the dignified manner they carried out funeral arrangements and Mike's service.
